Our Services

Backbone provides structured cabling, UniFi network, security camera (UniFi Protect), VOIP (UniFi Talk), access control (UniFi Access), and UISP wireless link installation and support for businesses in Corpus Christi and the surrounding Coastal Bend area. Specific scope of work, deliverables, and pricing for any project are defined in a written proposal provided after an on-site assessment, not on this Site.

Quotes & Pricing

Pricing shown on this Site (including package pricing and à la carte rates) is provided for general informational purposes and reflects typical costs for standard installations. It is not a binding quote. Your final price is confirmed in writing after a free, no-obligation site survey and applies only to the specific scope of work described in that proposal.

Payment Terms

Payment terms, deposit requirements, and accepted payment methods will be specified in your written proposal or service agreement prior to the start of work.

Warranties

Workmanship warranties, if any, and manufacturer warranties on equipment installed (such as Ubiquiti UniFi hardware) will be described in your written proposal or invoice. Except as expressly stated in a signed proposal or agreement, services and equipment are provided without additional warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Backbone IT Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Site or our services, including but not limited to loss of business, data, or profits, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Service Area

Backbone currently serves Corpus Christi, Portland, Rockport, and Kingsville, Texas, and surrounding areas. Availability outside this area is at our discretion and may be subject to additional travel charges.

The content, design, and branding of this Site are the property of Backbone IT Solutions, LLC. Ubiquiti, UniFi, UniFi Protect, UniFi Talk, and UniFi Access are trademarks of Ubiquiti Inc. Backbone IT Solutions is an independent installer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Ubiquiti Inc.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nueces County, Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
